When I went skiing, we did a little stop to see this waterfall… and just by looking at it I feel cold already! It was bone shattering cold that day!
Yet another winter and icy themed picture! Just the ice covering a dead flower. I found it interesting since there is quite a thick layer of ice on top of it!
Just taking a little walk in the woods, and found the footprints of a little stranger…actually a big stranger! The shadows just bring out the prints even more.
A small berry that was caught by winter and was frozen. Just a picture to match the weather in Quebec these days!
Simple white flowers, but with this sepia-like filter, they look vintage, hence awesome.
Doesn’t this apple remind you of the kind of apple Snow White would have eaten from the evil queen? To me it does! It’s a simple red apple, but the background came out black and it only adds a bit more emphasis on the redness of the apple.
The greens in plants is so pretty, it’s such a simple color, but that simple color underlies an entire bunch of biochemical reactions to produce this green. Hence, sometimes the simplicity of something that is one color is just nice to the eyes.
So who doesn’t like old school horror movies like Dracula, Nosferatu, Frank Einstein and so on..?
Well since I’m young I have been completely in love with any movie that had a dark castle, candles, a cemetery as backyard, and a spooky piano! A giant full moon, a dark forest with howling wolves in it! Also, I find it super duper fun to watch a movie where there are “regular vampires” in them, where they sleep in coffins, are afraid of garlic and crosses! I love films that have these aspects in them. There are a few comedies that include all these aspects like the movie Elvira (there are actually 2 movies, ha ha). The Addams Family is also a wonderful example of what I love seeing in movies and TV shows in this case. I have also recently discovered the movie Love at First Bite, which is hilarious in my opinion! Hence, I am a big fan of horror and spooky comedie movies from the early 30’s to the 90’s. My previous post with the graveyard is also extremely representative of those good old non-gory horror movies.
